Terms of Service for DP Import Plugin

1. Introduction
Welcome to DP Import Plugin („Plugin”). These Terms of Service („Terms”) govern your use of the Plugin developed and owned by Kamil Niziński („Developer”, „we”, „us”, or „our”). By installing, accessing, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. License
The DP Import Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPLv2+). You are free to use, modify, and distribute the Plugin under the terms of this license. A copy of the license is available at: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html
4. Plugin Versions
The Plugin is available in two versions:
- FREE Version: Available at no cost with basic functionality.
- PRO Version: Available for purchase with additional features as described in the Plugin documentation.
5. PRO Version Terms
- Each PRO license is valid for a single domain installation.
- The PRO version requires a valid API key for activation and functionality.
- One PRO license permits installation on one website only.
- Technical support for the PRO version is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Plugin for any illegal purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
- Distribute the PRO version API key or share it with third parties
- Use the PRO version on more domains than licensed
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Plugin is provided „as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- The Developer does not guarantee that the Plugin will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- The Developer guarantees data retrieval from DocPlanner platforms unless DocPlanner changes its data structure.
- In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Plugin.
8. Termination
The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the PRO version features immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
